Made appt to have washing machine checked engineer came next day and txt to give rough time also rang to get some info on problem,call out fee was expensive£90 however was told by engineer that would cover several visits if necessary good advice given very professional unlike some other companies I contacted would use again as the saying goes you get what you pay for

I needed a repair on my old washing machine. I was wary about phoning NAC because I didn’t know what to expect. But when I phoned I was pleasantly surprised at how efficient and professionally I was dealt with. The engineer called me to confirm the appointment and he arrived on time. He sorted my machine extremely quickly he didn’t try to upsell he told me that there was a blockage in the waste pipe and he cleared it and then tested it and it now works perfectly again. Recommend this company every time absolutely brilliant. Thank you
